Job Title: Construction Quality Control Manager

Job Description

The CQC Manager is responsible for the overall management of Construction Quality Control (CQC) and has the authority to act in all CQC matters for the Contractor. The CQC System Manager must be a graduate engineer, graduate architect, or a graduate of construction management, with a minimum of 3 years of construction experience on projects similar to this contract and/or a construction professional with a minimum of 5 years in related work. The CQC Manager will prepare and maintain the QC Plan, perform inspections, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications. They will also act as the primary contact with the government’s quality assurance representative and ensure all records are submitted according to the QC Plan.
