Savello U.S.A. Inc. Order Entry & Customer Service Representative in Hanover Township, Pennsylvania
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Correspond with customers in a very pleasant way, using micro soft office and outlook. Be able to use the company's dedicated software program; this includes meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Take order over the phone or via e-mail. Put order in the system, communicate with warehouse, advice trucks for pickup and track shipments, produce bill of ladings, ect.
Qualifications required:
Prior experience working in orders department and or sales is required; computer experience a must. Attention to detail and thorough in completing work tasks. Knowledge of administrative and managing files and records. Ability to communicate with customers, understand all math aspects. Job requires being, honest and ethical, max concentration to the tasks. Job requires being reliable, calm, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligations. Job requires cooperation, being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good- natured.
