Savello USA, Inc. Importer of Fine Italian Foods, located in Hanover Township, PA; is looking for a  Warehouse- Assistant Manager to join our team.

*      Job Details:*

• Works closely with Managers to learn and master all aspect of warehouse operation.

• Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report any damages or inventory discrepancies.

• Responsible for receiving all shipments into the computer software.

• Accurately picks, fills, palletizes, weighs, transports to delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity.

• Repack and weight any orders that require such handling.

• Assist customers with loading products into the vehicle by hand if needed. 

• Conduct physical inventory as required.

• Motivate warehouse team to meet or exceed goals and standards.

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, follow all OSHA safety regulations.

• Monitor and manage all shipping documents.

• Ensure the warehouse stays safe, clean, clutter-free, and operating efficiently.

• Be a liaison between office and warehouse regarding orders, revised orders and freight companies.

• Supervise all production rooms.

• Physical Demands:

• Some duties are performed in a cool temperature, other temperature changes depending on the work for the day.

•  Must have the ability to perform physical job duties, which may include walking, bending, standing for prolonged period, sitting, kneeling, lifting up to 25 lbs., exposure to moderate/loud noise levels
