Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This role involves working at our site facility to update customer accounts, enter customer transaction data, and clean up the company file system. This is a part time opportunity - offering between 20-30 hours/week.

Responsibilities:

• Execute data entry tasks with precision and speed.

• Convert invoices using Adobe and print them out for further processing.

• Review invoices thoroughly and identify specific lines as required.

• Handle email correspondence efficiently and professionally.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks.

• Maintain organized files and records for easy retrieval.

• Perform scanning of documents and other materials when needed.

• Maintain a high degree of accuracy in all typing tasks.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Data Entry, highlighting high accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

• Efficient handling of Email Correspondence, ensuring clear and detail-oriented communication.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, showcasing the ability to create spreadsheets, charts, and pivot tables.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, with the capability to format, edit, and proofread documents.

• Experience in Organizing Files, both digital and physical, ensuring easy accessibility and system efficiency.

• Skills in Scanning, including the ability to accurately digitize documents for record-keeping.

• Fast and accurate Typing skills, with a focus on maintaining high-quality output. TalentMatch®
