JOB SUMMARY
This job assumes overall responsibility and governance of department vendor relationships. Works with the vendors & customers beginning with the implementation process to foster relationship development. Acts as the intermediary between Highmark and the vendor to ensure all responsibilities as outlined in the contract are fulfilled. Serve as an advocate for Highmark managing expectations to achieve positive outcomes. The incumbent is expected to become intimately familiar with “the story of the business” as viewed through the lens of data.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Establishes and oversees the implementation of a governance meeting structure and procedures as outlined in the contract to ensure the efficient and effective management of the services and relationships between Highmark and the vendor/customer
Consult with leadership to identify and implement sales best practices focused on improving sales outcomes and customer experiences.
Manage issues escalation process, for project and tactical day to day activities, respond to high priority complex or escalated requests.
Gain deep vendor/customer business/operations/technology understanding and develop plans in conjunction with Highmark stakeholders to further enhance the vendor relationships.
Communicate effectively and act as feedback loop regarding future contract terms.
Develop processes, tools, and templates to enable efficient, accurate and standardized data analyses and related deliverables.
On a regular basis and as needed, work with various departments to collect source data; design and build analyses/trending/forecasting reports using Excel or other technology.
Leverage key metrics to identify problem areas and adopt current and emerging business models with an entrepreneurial mindset and creative approach to drive best practice.

EDUCATION

- Bachelor's Degree

- 6 years of applicable work experience in lieu of a degree

EXPERIENCE
Required
3 years of Operations, Consulting or Outsourcing Contract Management OR
3 years of managing vendor relationships or in a relationship management role

Pay Range Minimum:
$57,700.00
Pay Range Maximum:
$107,800.00
Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
