Job Summary

Job Description

We are seeking a T-SQL Developer who will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing complex T-SQL queries and stored procedures, as well as managing EDI processing using Edifecs software in compliance with HIPAA SNIP guidelines. This position is full-time, remote, and a 1-year contract.

Due to our end client and project work, candidates must be eligible to work in the US without a need for sponsorship now or in the future for this position.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize complex T-SQL queries and stored procedures

  • Utilize Edifecs software to manage EDI processing in compliance with HIPAA SNIP guidelines

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EDI transactions and T-SQL queries

  • Ensure data integrity and security in accordance with healthcare regulations

  • Document processes and create reports as needed to support business operations

What You'll Need

Required

  • 6 years of experience with T-SQL and ability to write complex queries and stored procedures

  • Hands-on experience with Edifecs software

  • In-depth knowledge of HIPAA SNIP layers and EDI processing guidelines

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Documentation or validation of expertise in T-SQL, Edifecs software, and EDI processing

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry

  • Familiarity with other healthcare-related software and systems

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
