The Field Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall service to Powder Metals machines including support and repair of product in accordance with policies, principles and procedures established by the company. This individual must be accustomed to at least 70% travel. [Travel is nationally but is international occasionally]{.underline}. A company vehicle and paid training are provided!

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Technician for installation, troubleshooting, modification and upgrading Powder Metals Control Systems
- Respond to customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Work with customer from order initiation through problem resolution whenever possible, to return customer to production in an expeditious manner
- Provide familiarization training to customer on control functions and operational systems
Effectively manage business expenses to maximize profitability
Qualifications:
- 2+ years related technical, industrial maintenance experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong hydraulic and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to adopt and promote lean practices in all activities, considering the elimination of wasteful resources for any goal other than the creation of value for the end customer
- Ability to communicate to customers effectively and accurately
- Commitment to company Core Values

- Associate or technical degree [preferred, but not required]{.underline}
