Job Description
SUMMARY:The HR and Operations Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Operational Janitorial and Human Resources Department
RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Entry and maintenance to various spreadsheets
Distributes uniforms as needed and maintains inventory
Monitors and maintains office equipment and supplies
Provides assistance to Corporate and Field Management
Scans and files employee paperwork
Assists with Special Projects
Assists the Custodial Manager with recruitment.
Assists candidates with the onboarding process
Enters online office supplies orders once they are approved by the Vice President of Janitorial Services
Monitors that all products have been delivered and attached a PO to the order
Monitors monthly inventory for supplies
Assist with Special Projects and Events
Additional duties as required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Must be able to keep confidentiality and practice discretion in all areas
Must use Professional phone etiquette at all times
Must have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, able to multi-task
Solid computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
Must have knowledge of standard office equipment
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to last minute requests
REQUIREMENTS
Must be Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English)
Previous HR, Operations and Customer service support experience
