Job Description

SUMMARY:The HR and Operations Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Operational Janitorial and Human Resources Department

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Entry and maintenance to various spreadsheets

  • Distributes uniforms as needed and maintains inventory

  • Monitors and maintains office equipment and supplies

  • Provides assistance to Corporate and Field Management

  • Scans and files employee paperwork

  • Assists with Special Projects

  • Assists the Custodial Manager with recruitment.

  • Assists candidates with the onboarding process

  • Enters online office supplies orders once they are approved by the Vice President of Janitorial Services

  • Monitors that all products have been delivered and attached a PO to the order

  • Monitors monthly inventory for supplies

  • Assist with Special Projects and Events

  • Additional duties as required.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Must be able to keep confidentiality and practice discretion in all areas

  • Must use Professional phone etiquette at all times

  • Must have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

  • Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, able to multi-task

  • Solid computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word

  • Must have knowledge of standard office equipment

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to last minute requests

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English)

  • Previous HR, Operations and Customer service support experience
