About NetSuite’s Field Engagement Marketing Activation (FEMA) Team:

The Field Engagement Marketing Activation (FEMA) team’s core focus is to support the sales organization in its prospecting efforts. We have a direct, positive influence on both pipeline and logo growth by giving sellers a reason to engage prospects through in-person events, industry webinars, product demos, customer success stories, competitive content, and more. We work alongside sales leadership to craft and deliver campaigns that resonate with businesses in need of the solutions that NetSuite offers. By generating content and fueling demand generation, FEMA helps widen both the top and bottom of the sales funnel.

The NetSuite FEMA team offers marketers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with direct exposure to senior-level management. Team members work collaboratively in a variety of specialized marketing areas to help develop their skill sets and promote personal and professional growth!

What You’ll Do in This Role:

  • Be a strategic influence in the creation of the overall go-to-market strategy for the NetSuite sales team, while successfully executing tactical elements of campaigns (copywriting, ticket creation, contract negotiation, etc.).

  • Identify areas of opportunity for targeted campaigns, whether in specific regions, industries, products, competitors, or other categories.

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to execute written content, webinars, in-person events, and other campaigns.

  • Convey overall marketing strategy to stakeholders through monthly all-hands meetings, one-on-ones, and training sessions.

  • Follow detailed processes to ensure the timely and efficient execution of campaigns.

  • Report and present plans to peers as well as upper management.

  • Manage progress and timelines associated with campaigns and tasks.

  • Define success metrics for campaigns and draw conclusions from metric analysis.

Who You Are:

  • You have 3-5 years of field marketing (or related) experience.

  • You understand the marketing funnel and the sales cycle and enjoy working directly with sellers.

  • You take a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can effectively connect with a variety of audiences, both internally and externally.

  • You are intelligent, motivated, and competitive, with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" and "get-the-job-done" attitude.

  • You can work quickly and efficiently to meet tight deadlines.

  • You are able to manage and execute conflicting priorities and multiple tasks.

  • You practice extreme attention to detail and live by a schedule or planner.

  • You enjoy process and are always looking for ways to be more efficient.

  • You are able to give and receive constructive feedback.

  • You hold yourself accountable when independent work is required but collaborate well and are a team player.

Nice to Haves:

  • Selling experience

  • Events management experience

  • Understanding of ERP and CRM software

  • Understanding of accounting and/or other business management processes

  • Familiarity with Eloqua, Domo, Kaltura, or ZoomInfo

Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.
