Job Description

An employer is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to join their team remotely. This company began building out their architecture practice in 2019, and they are continuing to work on the maturation of the practice with a focus on digital modernization. The vision to develop services as a one stop solution for all departments and agencies supported, and integrate MuleSoft, ForgeRock, and Salesforce into this solution. The MuleSoft Developer will work with the development team and software vendor to provide development support, including support around integrations, 2nd level escalations, and management of the 450+ identity stores. This project spans across 44 mid-size to large agencies, over 80 different initiatives, 5 different ForgeRock environments, and within an Azure platform. The MuleSoft Developer will be hands on developing services including the identity proofing solution API connecting to ForgeRock, and overall building a common set of services for all applications within the portfolio. The plan is to migrate towards Kubernetes, and establish increased functionality for content based services, identity services, and more. The MuleSoft Developer will be hands-on, and be involved in design, development, texting, and overall support of the MuleSoft solutions. They will need to ensure that the design and subsequent integration meets security and QA standards, and analyze application reports to ensure functionality and performance meet the product needs. They will work in an Agile/Scrum environment and utilize JIRA to manage most work as well as facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint demonstrations, and retrospectives.

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of experience as a MuleSoft Developer, 4+ years of experience with MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform

5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise integrations

Experience developing and deploying RESTful web services

Experience developing APIs using REST with JSON or SOAP with XML

Experience security APIs using Oauth, SAML, OpenID Connect, ore related tool

Experience with source control systems such as Bitbucket, Azure Devops, or GIT

Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodology Previously worked in the public sector null
