Large metal manufacturer that specializies in architectural ,seismic and HVAC engineering products is hiring for their Facilities Maintenance department. Candidates with minimum of 3 years of Facilities experience and who are comfortable working within a manufacturing facility are encouraged to . Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to ensure optimal performance.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues, making necessary repairs to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards.

• Work with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities in a way that minimizes disruption to manufacturing processes.

• Participate in facility improvement projects, providing input on maintenance considerations and requirements

• Assisting with outside repairs and adjustments

• Use of powered industrial hand tools

• Knowledge of carpentry a plus
