We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Inspector to ensure our mechanical systems, components, and materials meet the highest industry standards, including AS9100 and ISO 9001. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and verifying the quality of incoming and outgoing materials and products, and maintaining compliance with quality management systems. Responsibilities

• Utilize precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)

• Verify that mechanical components and assemblies meet design specifications and engineering drawings.

• Ensure that all inspections and quality control processes comply with industry standards such as AS9100 (aerospace quality management) and ISO 9001 (general quality management).

• Interpret and requirements from relevant standards, including AS9100, ISO 9001, and any other applicable industry-specific standards.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of quality standards and regulations relevant to the mechanical inspection field.

• Inspect and verify the quality of incoming materials and components from suppliers to ensure they meet specified criteria and standards.

• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality control activities.

• Document non-conformances and corrective actions taken to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
