National Dentex Dental Lab Technician (Denture Processing) in Heber Springs, Arkansas
Description
Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Green in Heber Springs, AR, for a Dental Laboratory Technician.
The regular hours for this position are from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Read the prescription and all additional paperwork to establish the doctor’s preferences. If there are any questions or discrepancies, see the supervisor.
Inspect the set-up and wax-up to verify that it is not broken or damaged.
Process the Valplast, Acrylic, Ivocap, Softite or any other special needs case, processing in batches of four when possible.
Follow all steps, in order, according to the Technical Team Policies (TTPs) to insure consistent and accurate results
Review final work and check completely that all quality standards have been met before passing the work to the next technician
Keep work area clean
All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Good hand-eye coordination, good manual dexterity, excellent perception skills and the strong ability to pay close attention to details.
The ability to trouble shoot and problem solve using past experience and success to gauge the best steps on future cases.
Verification in all applicable Technical Team Policies (TTPs) and the ability to apply knowledge from Technical Team Policies (TTPs) to the job.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent

Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach
