National Dentex Dental Lab Technician (Partial/Survey Design) in Heber Springs, Arkansas

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Green Dental Lab in Heber Springs, AR, for a Dental Laboratory Technician (Partial Survey/Design).
The regular hours for this position are from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Sandblast cast partial frameworks to remove foreign matter
Replace frameworks in correct case pan and review doctor prescription and computer work card for correct case design, correct doctor information, and correct return date
Cut off metal sprue, reduce bulk, and remove flash using cut-off wheels, burs, and stones.
Place framework in Val-Mons Machine.
Deplate framework to remove oxidation by sandblasting and soaking in deplating acid
Polish framework to remove scratches using rubber wheels and points
Use brush wheel and Ti-Hi to final polish framework in readiness for shipping to doctor or next department
Have case Q.C.'d and make corrections if necessary
Repair broken and damaged partial frameworks using soldering and welding techniques
Maintain clean work area
