Robert Half Supply Chain Analyst in Hebron, Kentucky

Description

We are offering an engaging role for a Supply Chain Analyst in Northern, KY. This role involves analyzing supply chain data, designing and implementing supply chain systems, and collaborating with various departments to streamline processes. The successful candidate will also forecast procurement needs, manage inventory levels, and prepare reports for management.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze supply chain data to identify and resolve bottlenecks

• Design and implement efficient supply chain systems to improve operational performance

• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse departments to streamline supply chain processes

• Monitor and forecast procurement needs and production schedules

• Develop strategic solutions based on analysis of current business processes

• Manage inventory levels to ensure delivery schedules are met and to avoid stockouts or overstock situations

• Use skills in Inventory Audits, Inventory Forecasting, and Material Planning to maintain accurate inventory records

• Prepare and present reports to management on supply chain-related data

• Utilize skills in Global Supply Chain and Supply Chain Logistics to improve overall supply chain efficiency

• Implement Supply Chain Risk Management strategies to mitigate potential risks in the supply chain process

Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain Analyst role or a similar position.

• Demonstrated proficiency in global supply chain processes and strategies.

• Solid understanding of supply chain logistics and the ability to optimize processes to improve efficiency.

• Experience in supply chain risk management, including identifying and mitigating potential supply chain risks.

• Proven skills in conducting inventory audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory records.

• Experience in inventory forecasting, including predicting future inventory requirements based on sales trends and business growth.

• Proficiency in inventory planning, including developing and implementing inventory management strategies.

• Experience in material planning, with the ability to forecast material needs based on production schedules and inventory levels.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with various teams and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
