Job Title: Electronic Test Technician
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Electronic Test Technician! You’ll be responsible for testing and troubleshooting cutting-edge board and system-level products. Work closely with our engineering team on prototype testing, and play a key role in ensuring our products meet high-quality standards. This is a hands-on position where you’ll identify problems, propose solutions, and contribute to the overall improvement of our testing processes. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where your troubleshooting skills will directly impact product quality and efficiency!
Responsibilities
Perform functional tests on board and system-level products.
Troubleshoot and fix board failures as needed.
Support engineering with prototype testing.
Provide detailed descriptions of test failures to aid in troubleshooting.
Follow manufacturing instructions to ensure high-quality products.
Identify issues, investigate root causes, and help implement solutions.
Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to improve testing processes.
Escalate product/process issues and contribute to resolution efforts.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following all safety and company procedures.
Essential Skills
Strong troubleshooting abilities
Experience with test equipment
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
Additional Qualifications
Electronics certification (from a two-year technical or four-year engineering school)
At least 2 years of experience as an electronics technician in a manufacturing test environment
Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing/lab setting where you’ll be sitting and standing for long hours.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $54000.00
