Deloitte Asset Management Administrator - ITAM in Hermitage, Tennessee

Work you'll do
Assist and perform various Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) processes, including the processing of computer orders, evaluating technology requests for escalation, procurement, processing request for payments, reporting, shipping, and receiving. Prepares preliminary data for ITAM reports for review by Regional Asset Manager. Coordinates with the ITAM team on day-to-day tasks, must possess a good working knowledge of ITAM processes, the Leased Asset Management database (LAM), and the ability to provide daily status reports. This position must be able to prioritize task and work with some supervision and may serve as a back up to the Senior, Lead or Regional Asset Manager and interacts with technology support team and client service teams at all levels.
Responsibilities:
Assist with asset management duties including processing end of lease assets, shipping and receiving, checking in assets, and updating the Lease Asset Management System. Tracks assets including laptops that are transferred between offices and regions.
Performs weekly laptop reconciliation, assist with researching and resolving discrepancies. Provides appropriate data for report and to help with analysis of trends and makes recommendations for forecasting and regional load balancing of assets.
Provides offices with laptops for large training programs, special projects, and regional load balancing inventory. Must work with offices throughout the region to coordinate shipping of assets and to ensure assets are in the appropriate locations when needed. Prepares laptops for end-of-life disposal and assist with coordination of disposal.
Prepares laptop purchase orders using in house ordering system and submits orders directly to suppliers. Works with vendors and carriers to schedule or/and expedite deliveries, assist with research to resolve shortages, and missed or late delivery problems.
Assist with the preparation of purchasing reports for management review. Monitors and receives shipments and performs check-in of items verifying accuracy of orders and reconciles to purchase orders.
Assist with the evaluation of client requests and escalates to the regional asset manager to determine if additional approvals are required if appropriate. Monitors and checks asset reports regarding shipping of firm assets and assignment compliance.
Works with ITAM senior, lead and regional asset manager to ensure equipment availability for new hires program. Participates in the distribution of new hire equipment and delivers new laptop training for new hire orientation program.
Assist with the reconciliation of employee separation reports and works with Regional Asset Manager and Talent to recover laptops from separating employees.
Assist with the preparation of disposition of assets from other regions to manage and balance inventory. Responsible for tracking USI laptops in the US and coordinating the end of lease returns to vendor.
Assist with the movement of laptops in and out of the repair department. Ensures that external repair vendor obtains necessary access certifications for the office location. Prepares status reports for review of meeting SLAs.
Provide support to the Technology team as needed. Must be able to work with minimum supervision and prioritize task.
Work overtime and possible weekends/holidays as needed.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Role is onsite, to the Hermitage, TN office.

The Customer Experience (CXO) team is DT - US first line of contact with personnel. Providing walk-up support, asset management, PC compliance, and mobile devices support, CXO provides hands-on support to Deloitte employees.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in asset management or providing client facing technical support in Asset Management.
Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Position is onsite: Hermitage office
Required Qualifications:
- A+, ITIL, IAITAM certifications a plus
