ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and client-oriented Managing Data and AI Consultant to join our Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Consulting practice in Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading all stages of data and AI projects autonomously

• Developing and implementing innovative data and AI solutions for clients

• Effectively communicating technical concepts

• Creating high-quality client-facing deliverables and documentation

• Explaining technical issues clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the practice

• Gathering pre and post-implementation facts to contribute to the documentation of the ROI and other Business Case components for the Past Performance write-up; Documents Past Performance write-ups

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant consulting experience or experience in topical areas of data and AI

• Experience supporting IC, FedCiv or DoD clients,

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations Research, Economics/Econometrics, Public Policy/Public Administration) or equivalent experience.

• Extensive experience in data and AI strategy development

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) or Google Workspace

• Experience preparing and presenting project status to clients and corporate leadership.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a management consultant for a major Federal consulting firm

• Strong business acumen

• Experience working in an Agile team

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.

• Experience with collaboration tools

• Experience facilitating workshops.

Citizenship and Security Clearance Requirements:

• US citizenship

• Must have active Secret or TS clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI with polygraph

• Having an existing DHS or TS/SCI security clearance is highly desirable

Physical Requirements:

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity tool.

• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
