Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in the Healthcare/NHS industry, located in Hialeah, Florida. The role is based in a small, fast-paced office environment where you will be responsible for handling various accounting duties.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process high volumes of customer credit applications.

• Keep precise records of customer credit data.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions.

• Handle the cutting of checks.

• Manage multiple invoices, with the ability to handle complex invoices that encompass multiple items.

• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics to process an average of 300-500 invoices weekly.

• Respond promptly to calls from parents within the foster care system.

• Be available in the office on Thursdays and other random days as needed.

• Use accounting skills such as Account Coding, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Perform other accounting functions such as Accrual Accounting, Auditing, and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is required.

• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must.

• Proficiency in Concur is needed.

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required.

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions effectively.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is essential.

• Understanding of Accrual Accounting is necessary.

• Auditing skills are crucial.

• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) is beneficial.
