Project Management Technician (Security Installer) Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in security installation is certainly a "plus" but it is NOT required
However, we do require and excellent attitude, attention to detail, aptitude to learn and urgency to be productive
Have a good and positive mental attitude
Have desire and ambition to succeed
Be willing to give a 100% commitment to excellence
Have the ability to follow directions
Must have customer service skills as you will be working directly one on one with customers
Want to be a part of a team that believes in customer satisfaction at the highest level
Have working knowledge of alarm systems
Must be able to work independently
Collaborate on projects or work alone as needed.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record to operate a motor vehicle; adhere to all local vehicular regulations while driving
Work Environment:
The work requires observing necessary safety precautions while working around moving parts, machines for building and site maintenance. The use of protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields may be required.
Physical Demands:
The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
