Eaton Corporation Value Stream Manager in Highland, Illinois
Eaton’s GEIS division is currently seeking a Value Stream Manager.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.0 - $122100.0 a year.

What you’ll do:
• Work cross-functionally to create a robust value stream for the Press/Pack value stream and assigned product lines for both current and future state
• Lead a team of direct & indirect reports to implement improvements to efficiencies & productivity in the area
• Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to deliver a strategy for current and future business needs for these product lines
• Build capability of value stream group leaders/members to drive improvements & accountability
• Review existing processes/systems and drive implementation of improvements using lean CI tools
• Manage headcount and GU to profit plan.
• Develop departmental performance targets & ensure KPIs are met
• Own the supply chain relationship to drive OTD with planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience
Must be able to work in the US without company sponsorship now and in the future
No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of Highland, IL will be considered. Active-duty military members are exempt from this geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field of study from an accredited institution
Experience leading projects in a manufacturing environment
SAP business system experience
Management or Supervisory experience
Lean Six Sigma experience
Process management experience

Effective oral and written communication skills as well as planning and organizational skills.
Ability to manage by influence through solid relationships and process focus
Ability to effectively present results and recommendations
