Position Summary:

The Part -Time Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent and working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs to develop effective recruiting strategies. The position will identify and engage top candidates who fit the company culture and meet the qualifications for various positions. This position also attends job fairs, connects with local colleges for talent and generates regular reports to assess sourcing strategy success and other key recruitment performance metrics.

Position Responsibilities:

The following represents the primary position responsibilities, but other related duties may be assigned to meet the organization\'s needs.

Recruitment Support:

  • Source talent through job boards (Indeed, Job Target, Handshake, LinkedIn).
  • Screen candidates for non-DSP positions through various methods.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop recruiting relationships with local colleges to advertise job openings and engage students through presentations.
  • Accurately track recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
  • Order business cards for eligible new hires.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Develop an internship experience to create a new talent pipeline.

Job Fairs:

  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent and build brand awareness.
  • In partnership with the HR Specialist Team Member Support, coordinate logistics, including booth setup, materials, and staffing for job fair events.

Reporting:

  • Identify recruitment metrics that have the greatest impact on sourcing, selecting, and retaining talent.
  • Generate recruitment data through regular reporting that is included in the quarterly People Team Dashboard and used to improve outcomes.
