Our global retail client is seeking a Campaign Manager to join their team! This role offers 40 hours per week for 3-months, and will be HYBRID (2-3 days onsite) in Hoboken, NJ.Top 3 Qualifications:Prior online trafficking and campaign management experienceExperience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimizationComfortable communicating with team members via email, Slack, and on callsCampaign Manager Responsibilities:Plan, execute, manage, and optimize managed service and self-service campaignsUnderstanding upper funnel (brand messaging, calls to action) and lower funnel (direct response, conversion) campaign tacticsDefining metrics and measuring success of campaigns using internal analyticsDemonstrate diligence, attention to detail and adherence to WMG's best practices throughout the full digital campaign life-cycle (from pre-sale to post-sale)Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials in team's shared document repositoryLead daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaignsDevelop, grow, and maintain relationships with internal teams through exceptional client serviceTraffic campaign tags into all ad technology environments-Oversee the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing and performanceFormulate proposals for new client opportunities-Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launchPartner with Analytics team on campaign measurement reporting and insights generationProvide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunitiesWork with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementationTroubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaignsProvide campaign wrap up reports-Provide monthly auditing reports to partners and actualize bill/pay systems when applicableAttend client meetings, as neededCampaign Manager Qualifications:Four-year college degreeMust have 3+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operationsProficiency in Microsoft Office solutionsExcellent communication and writing skillsStrong project management skillsAbility to advise partners on best practices and areas of opportunityIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
