Lead, plan, schedule and implement testing for projects, defines test objectives, writes scripts (manual and automated). Formulate test plans based systems analysis, risk analysis, dependency analysis, metric data analysis, writing and plotting test strategies, and determine how to report and track defects (pre/post- production). Analyze and ensure requirements/User Story criteria are acceptable for test case creation. Guide the planning, creation and execution of automated tests using a test automation tool such as Pearson Falcon Framework, Selenium, JUnit, and Java based homegrown test frameworks. Execute manual and automated test cases, as well as performs back-end data validation. Drive cross-functional team collaboration with internal and external teams to facilitate project/resource planning, integrated/partner testing, and problem solving. Track test progress/results in test management tools such as Jira and Hewlett-Packard ALM (Application Life Cycle Management). Identify opportunities, then lead the roll out of inventive tech ideas and implement solutions with other projects teams, the SQE department, as well as other departments.
