Job Description

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding the business needs of various departments within the organization and translating them into technical requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, and then collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Your role will involve facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of IT solutions.

Skills and Requirements

6+ years of exp as a business analyst in IT projects or similar roles.

 Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

 Understanding of the Q2C process in an enterprise company.

 Proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.

 Experience with business process modeling, data analysis, and solution design.

 Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

 Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.

 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. null
