Join Our Team as a Security Officer Dispatcher!

Are you ready to take on a vital role in ensuring safety and efficiency? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer Dispatcher to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about security, we want to hear from you!

• Must have hard copy D license

• 1 year security experience

• Able to multi-task

• Valid FL driver license

• Be willing to work in a hospital environment

• Flu shot/ TB test upon hireAble to speak Spanish and English Preferred

Pay Rate: $18.73 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate security officers’ activities to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Dispatch security personnel to various locations promptly in response to incidents or routine tasks.

• Operate communication equipment, including radios, phones, and dispatch systems.

• Maintain accurate records of officer assignments, incidents, and shift logs.

• Act as the central point of communication between field officers and management.

• Respond to emergencies quickly and efficiently, following established protocols.

• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients, visitors, and team members.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles;

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
