Job Description

The Sr. Project Manager will manage and lead transportation engineering projects throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget from conception to completion. They will provide oversight to the design, engineering, and construction of transportation infrastructure, including roadways, bridges, and transportation facilities. In their day to day efforts, the Sr. PM will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and architects. They will also prepare and review proposals, budgets, schedules, and contracts and monitor progress while resolving any issues that arise. This candidate will ensure permitting and regulatory requirements are adhered to and use Civil 3D to manage project deliverables. The Sr.PM will have strong communication skills and feel comfortable mentoring and managing a team of engineers, technical staff, and project personnel. The salary will range from $130k- $175k.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

• Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license

• 8-10 years of experience in engineering, design, or construction management with a focus on transportation infrastructure and civil engineering

• Strong background in personnel management, cost control, and financial oversight

• A personal book of business or client network that can help support company growth and development

• Extensive experience in the complete lifecycle of civil engineering programs, including operational aspects and services

• Exposure/involvement in water, stormwater, and wastewater facility projects, with an understanding of permitting procedures and regulatory requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills null
