Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to our operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, managing collections, and maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities
Enter and create invoices that are mailed out or billed directly through the customer portal.
Answer customer calls, respond to customer questions, and take customer orders as needed.
Create, enter, and email receivable invoices and statements.
Pre-authorize, charge, and reconcile credit card payments.
Prepare deposits by matching checks to invoices and entering payments into systems.
Analyze customer records efficiently, making corrections and modifications accurately and within company guidelines.
Manage aging reports and collections by monitoring past due accounts.
Perform collections outreach by contacting customers, arranging for payment of outstanding invoices, and resolving customer account inquiries.
Essential Skills
High school diploma or GED
2 or more years of work experience in accounts receivable or accounting capacity
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of Excel
Ability to handle conversations with upset customers
Eagerness to learn about products and sales processes

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
