We are seeking a reliable and organized Shipping Clerk to join our warehouse team. The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products, and maintaining inventory records. This role is essential to our operations and requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

• Generate and print shipping labels, packing lists, and necessary documentation for all outgoing shipments.

• Coordinate with shipping carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups and deliveries.

• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and inspect for damage or discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory levels using warehouse management systems.

• Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse to ensure an efficient workflow.

• Collaborate with team members to meet shipping deadlines and support overall warehouse operations.

• Follow safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
