IMMEDIATELY HIRING ASSEMBLER S for a FULL TIME position located in the Honey brook, PA area for this manufacturing company. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and handling of materials to build a variety of components, sub-assemblies, and complete machines. You will work from drawings, assembly prints, verbal instructions, and other data to meet customer order schedules. Your duties will also include maintaining quality specifications, reporting any assembly issues, and keeping your work area clean and orderly. Some of the other requirements including having prior experience working in a manufacturing environment, using hand and power tools, and ability to lift and move material to designated areas. Responsibilities

• Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and complete machines according to drawings, assembly prints, and verbal instructions.

• Work closely with the production manager and drafter to address any assembly issues or concerns.

• Communicate part and component requirements to meet customer order schedules.

• Maintain required quality specifications and records for each completed assembly or machine.

• Report faulty equipment, defective parts, materials, and unusual conditions to appropriate supervision.

• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.

• Follow prescribed safety and work rules.

Essential Skills

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and grinders.

• Ability to set up and operate a variety of assembly work areas.

• Proficiency in reading assembly prints or drawings.

• Basic knowledge of common hand tools such as wrenches, ratchets, sockets, and drills.

• Ability to read a tape measure with precision (+/- 1/32 and +/- 1mm).

• Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
