We are looking to add an Accounts Payable Clerk to the Honolulu Team of Full-Time Engagement Professionals. As an Accounts Payable Clerk your responsibilities will build from your prior experience/core competencies while developing tertiary and new skills. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and scan accurate invoices on a daily basis.

• Reconcile daily cash receipts with outstanding invoices.

• Investigate and promptly resolve any discrepancies.

• Process incoming payments and prepare bank deposits.

• Maintain precise records and documentation of deposits.

• Handle incoming phone calls related to accounts receivable inquiries.

• Provide exceptional customer service to address customer questions and concern

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher in accounting or finance preferred.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
