Customer Service Representativesfor a freight forwarding company in the Mapunapuna area. You will be responsible for phone and email correspondence, maintain client and vendor files, documentation and general administrative duties. Please call

Customer Service Representative Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to clients regarding shipments to ensure vendor satisfaction
• Enter and update flight database, customer entry, and template records as necessary to maximize efficiency and accuracy
• Answer and transfer calls to the appropriate point of contact in the organization

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• 2 years of recent customer service and office experience
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work with various personalities
