We currently have a long-term contract-to-hire opening for an business-minded, highly-skilled Receptionist in a growing Insurance company. This established and recognized company offers a hands-on work environment with fulfilling challenges and is based in the Honolulu, Hawaii region. Responsibilities

• Assist other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

• Organize, review, and allocate incoming mail according to specified procedures

• Handle and route all incoming phone calls

• Employ strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency

• Submit orders for office and kitchen supplies

• Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support

• Welcoming visitors, handle mail and deliveries

  Requirements

• Positive attitude, intelligent, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

• Excellent oral and written communications skills

• 1+ years of related experience

• Detailed and have the ability work independently

• Receptionist Duties experience

• Proven knowledge of Email Correspondence

• Voicemail Messages experience highly desired

• Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Word

• Inbound Outbound Calls experience required

• Strong familiarity with data entry

• Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

• Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks

• Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills
