We are seeking a skilled Contract Project Manager (AGENCY EXPERIENCE) to join our growing team! In this role, you will oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, and extensive experience managing complex brand and marketing projects in an agency setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans in collaboration with brand management, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Execution Management: Oversee project execution by ensuring deliverables adhere to established timelines and budgets.

• Project Tracking: Utilize project management software and tools to monitor project progress, assign tasks, and manage workflows.

• Team Leadership: Motivate and lead cross-functional teams, including creative, strategic, and integrated marketing teams, to achieve project goals.

• Communication Facilitation: Foster clear and proactive communication among team members to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

• Process Implementation: Help reinforce understanding and adherence to new agency processes and practices.

• Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize project disruptions.

• Problem Solving: Provide solutions to project-related issues, ensuring swift resolution to keep initiatives on track.

• Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports and maintain transparency by providing updates to stakeholders.

• Continuous Improvement: Analyze project performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend adjustments to optimize future processes.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 years of experience and a proven track record of successfully managing complex brand and marketing projects, preferably in an agency environment.

• Project Management Skills: Expertise in developing and executing detailed project plans, managing resources, and meeting deadlines and budgets.

• Tools Knowledge: Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Trello, or similar).

• Leadership Ability: Strong ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration and maintain stakeholder alignment.

• Problem Solving: Adept at identifying challenges quickly and implementing effective solutions.

• Adaptability: Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
