Description:
Directs and oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of an enrollment program for student recruitment, recruiting events, and the welcome center.
Directs and oversees operations for student recruitment and the welcome center including supervision of staff; ensures operations function to promote professional development.
Develops and implements student recruitment strategies and initiatives.
Manages complex projects; plans and evaluates processes; develops and implements new procedures; and recommends policy revisions.
Provides leadership and oversight for the development, expansion, and administration of the university's dual credit program, high school student pathways, and community college partnerships.
Oversees the coordination and facilitation of recruiting events and campus tours for potential students and their families.
Develops relationships with high school and community college administrators.
Oversees the enrollment process, which may include financial aid assistance, scholarship applications, course enrollment, and registration.
In coordination with staff, develops tools and programs to assist with new student assimilation, and advises and supports new students and families with the enrollment process.
Manages the planning for student orientation and transition processes, and campus student engagement activities.
Develops and maintains statistics regarding enrollment, geographical distribution of students, and attrition; evaluates results and informs supervisor, as needed.
Performs other job-related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in student development, student affairs, counseling, higher education administration, or related field and (5) years related experience
