Sinoboom North America LLC Marketing Manager in Houston, Texas

Lead and oversee all marketing efforts within the U.S., Canada, and Mexico regions, with a primary focus on product marketing, market leadership, and strategic analytics. This role involves supervising the Marketing Research Specialist and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives and enhance brand presence. The Marketing Manager

will utilize data-driven insights to develop and implement marketing strategies, manage high-impact campaigns, and optimize customer engagement across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the US, Canada, and Mexico regions, with a focus on MEWP and heavy equipment industries. Conduct thorough industry and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, threats, and trends, and adapt strategies accordingly. Align marketing initiatives with corporate goals and objectives, ensuring cohesive execution across regions.

  2. Product Marketing and Lifecycle Management:

Oversee product marketing initiatives, including go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and value proposition development. Collaborate with the product team for product improvements and NPD to ensure market relevance and competitive advantage. Drive new product launches and manage the product lifecycle, ensuring sustained market interest and competitive advantage. Establish the company as a thought leader in the industry through content creation, public relations, and participation in industry events.

  1. Regional Market Development:

Tailor marketing strategies to meet the unique needs and preferences of customers in the US, Canada, and Mexico regions. Monitor the dynamic sales KPIs, coordinate with regional sales teams to support sales goals, improve market share, and enhance customer engagement. Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing return on investment (ROI).

  1. Advanced Analytics and Performance Optimization:

Utilize advanced analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Google Analytics to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns. Develop and present comprehensive performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights. Implement continuous improvement processes based on data-driven insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and customer experience. Supervise the marketing research analyst and lead the marketing team for weekly, quarterly, and yearly reports.

  1. Digital Strategy and Online Presence:

Oversee the company's digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategy. Manage and optimize the company's website to improve user experience, conversion rates, and online visibility. Lead the development and execution of social media campaigns, focusing on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to increase brand engagement and reach.

  1. Event Management and Stakeholder Engagement:

Plan and execute high-profile marketing events such as trade shows, road shows, and customer events, ensuring alignment with strategic marketing goals. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution and maximum impact. Develop and distribute marketing collateral and promotional materials to support events and enhance brand presence.

This position supervises one (1) Marketing Research Specialist.

Masters degree in Marketing and 1 years related experience, or Bachelors degree in the same field and 3 years related experience. Must have experience in the heavy equipment manufacturing, industrial, or related industries, experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, experience in data analysis and performance measurement, and experience with marketing analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Google Analytics. Up to 15% domestic and 5% international travel may be r quired.
