Description We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with a passion for technology and innovation to join our team. Located in Houston, Texas, you will play a key role in transforming our technology design and usage to align with our business strategy. This role is a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop windows-based applications using your strong C# coding skills

• Utilize your understanding of serverless architecture to improve our tech infrastructure

• Design and manage APIs using AWS technologies

• Work with RDBMS database concepts and apply your ability to write SQL queries and Stored Procedures on Oracle or SQL Server database

• Apply your proficiency in JavaScript, CSS3, and .NET technologies to various projects

• Implement industry best practices in all aspects of software development

• Operate devices such as scanners, printers, and signature capture devices

• Manage image files and image file formats

• Participate in projects involving ASP.Net 4.5/4.0/3.5/2.0 OOP, Entity Framework 6/5/4, WCF Web Services, Web API, WPF, XML

• Maintain a customer-focused approach, processing applications, maintaining records, and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL, Oracle, and .NET Framework

• Experience in using AWS Technologies and XML Technologies

• Solid understanding of customer service principles

• Demonstrable experience in design and production

• Ability to work with scanning and printer hardware

• Familiarity with website development and management

• Capability to perform ad hoc financial tasks

• Knowledge of facility management and residential aspects

• Proficiency in coding and best practice methodologies

• Experience in capital management

• Good command of CSS and ASP.NET

• Ability to write and understand R code

• Experience in contract administration

• Proficient in using capture tools
