Job Title: Executive Assistant
Job Description
• Provide administrative support to our High Ranking Site Director and direct reports.
• Coordinate support for Cell and Gene Technology Leadership and Houston Leadership Teams.
• Welcome and provide information to internal and external customers, vendors, or guests, either in person or by telephone, answering or directing inquiries, representing management, and maintaining relationships with other personnel.
• Complete follow-up conversations on project completion timelines with managers.
• Collect and distribute information, including scheduling, coordinating daily schedules, calendar appointments, compiling information for meetings, and setting priorities.
• Provide administrative support by entering, formatting, scanning, and printing information.
• Complete special projects.
• Maintain timekeeping entries.
• Schedule travel arrangements and expense reports for High Ranking Management as needed.
Hard Skills
5-10 years of experience
Strong attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
Experience working with Executives/leadership
Highly proficient in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Outlook)
Arranging customer visits to the site
Education – HS Diploma required, Associates preferred
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
Ability to draft and send sitewide communications

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Houston, Texas.
Work Environment
Must be able to work onsite M-F
