Job Summary:
The Senior Field Service Technician will perform field service activities at customer sites, focusing on safety and efficiency. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and diesel systems, conducting preventative maintenance, managing parts inventory, and resolving safety issues for both company and customer-owned equipment. Direct customer interaction and responsibility for multiple systems and locations is required.
Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe working environment and culture.
Maintain company property and demonstrate accountability.
Collaborate in a team and work independently with minimal supervision.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and diesel systems.
Identify and address safety concerns for company and customer equipment.
Travel/ Driving Requirements:
20%-80% travel, including overnight stays
Complete Driver Application & MVR.
Submit necessary forms: Driver Disclosure, Drug & Alcohol Statement, FMCSA Certificate, etc.
Provide Driver’s License and Medical Certificate.

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience and Skills:
Ability to obtain customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.) and DOT Medical Card.
Basic Hand Tool Use
Ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and smart devices.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Salary range:
$46,200.00 - $73,900.00
