What is the job about?

The Service Coordinator is responsible for dealing with service requests from internal and external customers so that necessary materials can be ordered, and the required knowledge/capacity can be planned. The Service Coordinator will apply good and professional knowledge about our products while building trust with customers, employees, and contractors (service sales and service partners). This position reports to the Head of Service & Solutions and will be operate out of the Brookshire, TX facility 5 days a week.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and schedule service operations (Using Service Systems).

  • Order processing, creation of relevant work orders for service technicians and service partners and processing in SAP.

  • Determine the correct base service parts requests and offer quotes for this.

  • Support service partners to inquire parts PN, price and lead time.

  • Assisting/providing input for Service quotations for repairs, projects to be carried out and/or spare parts while preparing formal quotations with customers.

  • Contribute to achieving HSE objectives and reports matters related to Safety, Health, and Environment.

  • Provides as much technical/administrative support as possible to colleagues regarding service issues.

  • Contributes the continuous improvement of the process (Kaizen events).

  • Cooperate with Supply chain/Finance to improve parts stock and parts lead time performance.

Your background :

We imagine that you have:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Previous experience with SAP is required.

  • Highly organized.

  • Experience working in customer service.

  • Excellent communication skills, independent, initiative and result oriented.

  • The ability to operate daily out of our Brookshire, TX facility.

Please note that relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidate must have the authorization to work in the USA without support.
