Mercury Systems Intermediate Operations Coordinator in Hudson, New Hampshire
Job Summary: The Intermediate Operations Coordinator will coordinate, and support systems in a dynamic manufacturing environment. They will engage with key personnel in the production process. In addition, the Coordinator will maintain reports and schedules which is vital for division management visibility and the production team. Job Responsibilities: * Initiate, implement and maintain production control processes in coordination with Factory Logix. * Maintain company policies and adhere to ISO9001/AS9100 quality requirements in production coordination efforts. * Maintain, monitor, and report on production material flow to meet production/delivery schedules. * Work closely with Process Engineering to maintain records and documentation for product builds. * Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by management. Required Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED * Experience creating reports, schedules and presentations using Microsoft Office tools. * Knowledge of Factory Logix (Ageis Systems) * Good Communication skills, problem solving ability and adaptability * US citizen Preferred Qualifications: * Five or more years of manufacturing experience Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific abilities required by this job include prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing and frequently pinching and/or gripping. Sometimes, working under a microscope for long periods of time will be required * Frequently observe, detect, discern, and convey information. Specific abilities required by this job include near, far and color vision acuity, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. * Requires good manual dexterity and coordination, and stamina.
