Job Description

The Credentialing Administrator is a full-time position, responsible for overseeing employee medical credentialing compliance requirements.  Partner with our awesome field team members to provide a high level of support to ensure their access into medical facilities across the country.  This position reports to the Human Resources Manager. Hours are 8:00 am -- 4:30 pm with hybrid remote schedule in Hudson.

  • Administers employee medical credentialing requirements in multiple vendor websites to support credentialing compliance
  • Provides a high level of support to field employees and managers regarding credentialing related requirements and questions
  • Maintains credentialing knowledge and communicates updates to managers and field team
  • Registers team members into credentialing websites
  • Ensures employee credentialing, training, licenses and other supporting documents are properly filed
  • Assists with new hire credentialing orientation and provides training instructions
  • Performs audits in databases to review expirations and renew credentialing accounts
  • Reviews medical records
  • Uploads documents to multiple websites
  • Approves medical invoices for payment
