Job Title: Sheet Metal Worker
Job Description
As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will support the production of pressure vessels, food and dairy tanks, and other large-scale equipment. You will primarily work with stainless steel and aluminum materials. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a 400-ton Pacific press brake. You will interpret blueprints and take projects from start to finish, including grabbing materials, cutting them to size on the shear, and setting up the press brake.
Responsibilities

Grab materials and cut them to size using the shear.
Set up materials on the press brake.
Support the production of pressure vessels, food and dairy tanks, and other large-scale equipment.
Essential Skills
Metal fabrication

Robotic welding
Sheet metal fabrication
Seam welding
Grinder and finisher skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with plasma cutting
Experience operating a shear

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
