Job Title: Service Mechanic

We're seeking local mechanics to assist in the repair and maintenance of our fleet of petroleum and gas trucks. The ideal candidate will utilize hand and power tools daily, following established repair and service procedures.

Job Description

• Perform general repairs on propane and refined fuel trucks and transports

• Conduct welding and tank repairs

• Inspect trucks and trailers to determine necessary service/repairs

• Repair pumps, meters, valves, and piping systems

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment

• Calibrate meters

• Repair 12-volt systems and lights

• Perform other duties as assigned

Additional Skills

• Ability to read 1/8”, 1/16”, and 1/32” gradations on a tape measure

• Convert feet to inches and vice versa

• Welding experience is helpful

• Proficient in tool identification

• Exhibit good communication skills when working with fellow employees

• Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
