Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$96,000.00 - $158,400.00

What Is the Opportunity?

Under general supervision, this role partners with business and functional leadership to contribute business architecture rigor, insight, and analysis to teams defining, assessing, and planning to bridge strategy to execution.

What Will You Do?

  • Contributes to clarification of goals and strategy.

  • Helps identify internal implications of strategic choices

  • Conducts business capability discovery and analysis (limited scope/complexity).

  • Conducts capability assessments (moderate scope/complexity).

  • Provides insight and analysis into business and operating model design.

  • Monitors traceability and linkage between design and execution planning.

  • Supports ongoing improvement of the design over time.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • 4 or more years of demonstrated business experience with working knowledge of business analysis, process improvement and/or business architecture.

What is a Must Have?

  • 3 years of demonstrated business experience, with working knowledge of business analysis, process improvement, business transformation, and/or business strategy development within complex organizations and business environments.

  • General knowledge of business architecture tools and concepts.
