Pay: $30.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Perform routine setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of highly complex manufacturing equipment.

✅ Control & adjust machine settings for AutoPak equipment.

✅ Conduct mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance tasks.

✅ Independently run multiple production lines , including setup and changeovers.

✅ Monitor product quality using statistical process controls.

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Education: High School Diploma or GED + 2 years of relevant experience

✔️ Technical Skills: Strong mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.

✔️ Blueprint Reading: Ability to read electrical & pneumatic schematics, technical manuals, and equipment diagrams.

✔️ Problem-Solving: Hands-on experience with electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.
