We are seeking a BAW Design Engineer to join the team supporting a strategic project. This will be a six-month contract with the potential for a longer engagement.

The primary responsibilities and deliverables include:

• Responsible for the complete design cycle of BAW filters, from topology selection through final production release

• Perform comprehensive full package electromagnetic simulations using industry-standard tools like ADS, HFSS, AWR etc.

• Responsible for full filter characterization, developing test plans and analyze process control monitoring (PCM) data to improve design robustness

• Develop novel filter topologies and architectures to meet challenging RF specifications

• Responsible for running Monte Carlo analysis to ensure 3-Sigma designs across process variations

• Responsible for designing multi-layer laminates and evaluation boards

• Lead technical reviews and present design solutions to project stakeholders

It is preferred that this individual will work onsite in the Huntersville, NC office in order to more effectively collaborate with the team.
