Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Mechanical Technician (2nd Shift) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a Global TIC business.

Salary: $21- $24/hr DOE + $1 for 2nd Shift Differential

Responsibilities

• Read and apply client requirements to job order

• Being able to complete 20-30 job order per shift

• Operating mechanical testing equipment to complete work orders

• Maintaining accurate records

• Setting up machines to capture data as required by customer

• Report writing, data interpretation and analysis

Skills / Qualifications

• Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 2pm - 10:30pm; occassional Saturdays

• HS Diploma/GED

• Will train the right candidate and provide on the job training

• Self motivated personal with the ability to multi task, organise and work under the pressure and deadline

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A team player attitude

• Previous experience in an appropriate Engineering environment is a plus

• Experience of working within a Mechanical testing environment is a plus
