Job Summary

KBR seeks to hire a Senior Logistics Analyst to support an Aviation Acquisition Product Office. The candidate will perform a wide range of training and fielding duties and responsibilities in support of the product office. Additionally, the candidate will assist with coordinating training, fielding, and testing events with organizations internal and external to the Product Office, including supported units, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and additional stakeholders. Organizational skills, planning, and the ability to multitask are paramount. Must be able to travel extensively while balancing competing priorities and meeting all suspense dates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Performs New Equipment Fielding (NEF) and New Equipment Training (NET) for all TUAS PO systems, including but not limited to the Future Tactical UAS (FTUAS), associated mission simulator for FTUAS, and other automated training systems associated with assigned UAS PO platforms.

  • As a new equipment training (NET) team member; assists with planning, development, coordination, and execution of training plans to successfully field and train units on the proper use, operations, safety, and deployment of TUAS systems.

  • Serves as an Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) Project Office Representative on the ground responsible for the conduct of NEF/NET and UAS flight operations of new or developmental systems for U.S. Army, sister services, and foreign military units fielding and training.

  • Provides Training Support Coordination and Oversight of system operations and program instruction, conduct applied exercises resulting in the attainment, documentation, and retention of knowledge, skills, and abilities regarding logistical platforms, systems, and warfighting capabilities in support of Operational Demonstrations, Limited User Tests, Operational Test and Evaluations (OTE), Final Operational Test and Evaluation (FOT&E), and other Soldier Touch Points.

  • Assists the PM with other training related and logistics related events to include Reset, Preset, Technical Manual development/acceptance, Logistics Demonstrations, Maintenance Evaluations, Technical Evaluations, fielding and harvesting of UAS equipment, and UAS related training device development and acceptance, as required.

  • Assists in the development of training strategies and Programs of Instruction for units receiving new or upgraded equipment.

  • Briefs Army leaders on TUAS products and operations in general to support their mission. Provides direct coordination between training units, OEMs, and the UAS Project Office on all matters related to UAS operations, fielding and training.

  • Performs other UAS Logistics duties, as assigned.

  • May perform supervisory tasks as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation, engineering, logistics, computer science, information systems, math, business, physical science, or other related scientific field. (HS Diploma and 8 years' additional experience may be accepted in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree)

  • US Citizenship

  • Active Secret security clearance

  • 7+ years relevant training experience

  • Prior military and leadership experience

  • Must be proficient with using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Effective written and oral communication skills.

  • Must be willing to travel extensively (up to 75%) both CONUS and OCONUS, including potential deployment into combat zones.

  • Potential for extended hours of operations (approx. 35%).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior UAS or Aviation operations, maintenance, or training experience is highly desired

  • Instructor, Writer, or Training Developer experience is highly desired.
