We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Senior Operations Analyst to support an Army organization at Redstone Arsenal. This role requires a senior-level professional with expertise in operations, program management, policy development, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). You will provide high-level analytical and operational support to a dynamic government team. You will have the opportunity to deliver expert analysis and strategic recommendations to drive mission success, develop and implement operational plans and policies aligned with organizational objectives, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including international partners, to ensure mission alignment. Additionally, the role requires preparing and presenting high-quality reports and briefings to senior leadership, monitoring project performance, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhanced operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your extensive military experience and expertise in a meaningful and impactful role. Required

• BS or BA degree

• 20 years of proven expertise in operations, program management, policy development, and FMS

• Strong knowledge of U.S. Army operations and organizational structures, as well as experience working with foreign military and international partners

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining professional relationships

• Proficiency in time management and customer service, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
